به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، به نقل از پایگاه اطلاع رسانی وزارت بهداشت، عباس متولی کارشناس ارشد روانشناسی و آموزش کودکان استثنایی با بیان اینکه لجبازی بیشتر در فرزندان اول شایع تر است، خاطرنشان کرد: این مهم به این دلیل است که مادر می‌خواهد فرزندش را در بهترین شرایط ممکن تربیت کند و کنترل بیشتری بر رفتارهای وی داشته باشد که در نتیجه موجب بروز لجبازی در کودک می‌شود.
عباس متولی توصیه کرد: به منظور کاهش لجبازی فرزندان، والدین از بکن و نکن های بی مورد در حضور فرزندان بپرهیزند چرا که وسواس مادر و بکن نکن های شدید به بروز مشکلات عصبی و پرخاشگری کودک می‌شود.
این کارشناس به هماهنگ بودن والدین هنگام بروز رفتار با فرزندان تأکید کرد و گفت: والدین همچنین سعی کنند نظارت ها را در محیط داخل منزل بر روی کودک کاهش دهند و به کودک خود آزادی عمل بیشتری بدهند.
این روانشناس توصیه کرد: والدین هنگام دعوای بین فرزندان اعتماد به نفس خود را حفظ کرده و به هیچ عنوان وارد درگیری بین کودکان نشوند و حتی از فرزندان طرفداری نکنند چرا که این مهم موجب احساس برتری طلبی والدین بین فرزندان خواهدشد.
وی همچنین به والدین توصیه کرد: والدین هنگام انجام رفتار سازنده و خوب فرزندان نیز فرزند را تشویق کنند و با آموزش رفتار سازنده و منطقی سعی کنند جهت کاهش رفتارهای بد از سوی فرزندان برآیند.
متولی پور بر آموزش مهارت زندگی در فرزندان در دوران ابتدایی تاکید کرد.
